Aluasoul Palma Hotel Adults Only, Can Pastilla (Mallorca)

I loved the enormous balcony with sun loungers; the rooms were kept immaculately clean every day! The private veranda offered a stunning view. However, the WiFi was bad and the dining options were limited. Overall, a great stay!

The hotel is in a stunning location directly next to the sea with an enormous balcony offering sun loungers and a lovely view. The rooms are extremely comfortable, equipped with a fridge, and feature a very cozy bed. The customer service, particularly from the manager, was excellent, providing a range of services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience, although with some issues like bad Wi-Fi, still offers included options but lacks variety like grits. The facilities overall are excellent, offering everything one needs for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and in a nice quiet area. The rooms were incredibly clean and the staff provided excellent customer service. However, the dining experience with bad Wifi was a bit of a letdown. The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its direct proximity to the Pan Castilla beach.
